There's a serious need for better room fixtures!!! The fridge not working and lacking basic cups and glasses were annoying!!! Staff should really work on communication skills to avoid confusion!!!

We loved the hotel and its complimentary and nice hot breakfast.

Had very very good stay for a business trip too. The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new with a comfortable bed and with smoke detectors for safety measures.

Enjoyed our well-appointed and well laid out room with 2 beds and the French-style building. Its location in Montreal was magnificent and perfect, just off Wonderful to have a separate walk in closet. Furthermore, in downtown montreal.

The room was very beautiful with modern design. The included breakfast was amazing! Our stay was definitely worth the price and we will return to Le Germain again.

The valet parking was $25 per night and this was not disclosed to us until we were checking out. In addition, the hotel charged for local calls which I thought was silly.

I really enjoyed the place, its free of charge breakfast.

The stuff where very attentive and knowledgeable, exceptional hotel. The gourmet restaurant served a wide array of amazing food. It was an extremely convenient venue, I would stay here again.

The staff were courteous and attentive,. The location was fantastic, with many attractions within walking distance.

The heating system was bothersome as the control screen lit up too brightly at night. The bed was uncomfortable, leaving me restless .

The reception desk people were excellent.

The kitchen staff seemed unmotivated and confused. I had to ask a few times for hot water for tea. They seemed to lack training and/or supervision. The room itself was spacious, but the decoration was cheap and trying hard to be designy. Black floor and black ceiling make you feel you're in a coffin. It's an old properly recently renovated.
